Sony has unveiled the latest successor to DSC-H9 digital camera which is called Cybershot DSC-H50. With an incredible 9.1 megapixel Carl Ziess sensor lens, this digital camera comes with several improvemements over its predecessor. With an amazing 15x optical zoom capabilty and a new added ED lens element, you can shoot pictures to the optimum quality with natural and crystal-clear pixel clarity.

The camera also comes with the feature of smile and face recognition technology with child or adult priority modes, as well as, intelligent scene recognition with standard and advanced modes to analyze shooting conditions and select the optimal setting automatically.

The H-50 model will be in the market in May for a decent price of $400.
